The Role Mach Energetics is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in support of next-generation aerospace and defense programs. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards, customer quality requirements, and internal operational procedures across rapidly developing hardware and manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures, work instructions, process documentation, and quality records. - Oversee and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure continued compliance with AS9100 standards and customer quality requirements. - Lead internal and external audit activities including preparation, execution, corrective action management, and audit follow-up activities. - Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, customer quality representatives, and regulatory reviews. - Manage nonconformance reporting (NCR), root cause investigations, corrective and
