About this role

Software Engineer (all genders) Munich Office You're not just coding; you're building the next layer of Lio's AI platform. As a Software Engineer, you'll turn ideas into features, modules, and agents that extend our enterprise SaaS products; working closely with Core Engineering to deliver impact at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will: - Build new features, modules, and AI Agents for Lio's platform - Collaborate closely with Core Engineers to implement scalable, reliable solutions - Specialize in one of the following: - Agents: Build and maintain AI Agents like Negotiation, Sourcing, Supplier Onboarding - Agent Builder: Enable customers to create their own Agents - Core Product / P2P: Enhance the central procurement platform - Infrastructure: Set up and manage internal tools, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI integrations - Contribute to code quality, testing, and documentation, supporting long-term maintainability YOUR PROFILE You're a good fit for this role if you: - Have 2-5 years of experience in software development, ideally in full-stack or cloud SaaS environments or are a highly motivated recent graduate with strong hands-on experience through internships, working student roles, or personal projects - Are comfortable with Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages - Are passionate about building products, learning from Core Engineers, and shipping end-to-end solutions - Are comfortable occasionally speaking with customers to understand requirements and explain solutions - Possess strong problem-solving skills and thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments - Have a collaborative mindset and communicate clearly with teammates WHY JOIN US?
