About this role

Senior Growth Lead (Temp) TLV, Tel Aviv, Israel We're looking for a sharp, strategic, and execution-focused Senior Growth Lead to own the growth trajectory of our Pet insurance business on a 6-month mat-leave basis. You'll translate company objectives into actionable plans, define and execute the growth strategy, and lead a cross-functional squad to unlock our next stage of performance. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and business, bringing together teams, data, and channels to drive impact. As the senior growth leader for Pet, you'll shape the roadmap for your domain and serve as a key member of our broader growth and company leadership - at a pivotal moment for the business.
