About this role

Enterprise Account Executive Austin, Texas, United States Enterprise Account Executive Context & Impact: We're building a high-impact Enterprise Growth motion inside a $100M+ ARR scale-up - and we need enterprise sellers who know how to create opportunity where it doesn't exist. This is not a traditional Account Manager role. This is a hunter role focused on both Enterprise Expansion and New Business across North America. You will own a defined set of enterprise accounts while also driving new logo acquisition - penetrating complex IT and security organizations, multithreading across buying centers, and building compelling business cases that win executive support. As an Enterprise Account Executive , you will directly influence: - Enterprise ARR growth - Expansion revenue - New logo acquisition - Multi-product adoption across Cybersecurity, ITAM, and ITSM environments - Executive relationship depth within strategic accounts Top measurable goals in the first 12 months: - Successfully complete all Sales Enablement training and pass the product and sales acumen assessment. - Build a healthy pipeline, advance opportunities through the sales cycle, understand your assigned book of business, and consistently close new revenue. Challenge The main challenges you'll face are: - Prospecting and creating pipeline within complex enterprise environments - Navigating IT, Security, and Operations stakeholders with competing priorities - Balancing new business acquisition with expansion revenue growth - Operating in an evolving enterprise motion where playbooks are still being refined This role is designed for builders who thrive in ambiguity and win through discipline.
