District Field Service Manager - Central Multiple Locations District Field Service Manager - Central Multiple Locations Posted Friday, April 24, 2026 For Earth For Life The District Field Service Manager (DFSM) performs service department activities by helping dealers improve their customer support and field service team management for the assigned district. A critical focus is coaching the Field Service Manager (FSM) district team's collective and individual ability to support innovation, growth, and product quality improvement as well as to be the voice for the customer and dealer within Kubota. What Winning Looks Like Oversee and mentor a remote team of 5 Field Service Managers (FSM) to achieve both individual and team objectives. Build and foster strong partnerships with the local dealer of choice with a constant focus on improving the dealer network. Support FSM team in their day-to-day dealer engagements and with data using software such as Salesforce, Power BI, Google apps, and Microsoft Office suite. Regularly travel alongside FSM team members to develop dealers and coach FSMs. Provide leadership and analysis to elevate the team and dealer group with brainstorming approaches to identify proactive service solutions, and increase customer satisfaction index (CSI) and net promoter scores (NPS) in aftersales support, while achieving a profitable business model. Skills Needed to Win Multiple years of experience in aftersales support with 2+ years management experience Strong understanding of dealer operations preferably in the ag or industrial field Excellent business and technical communication skills. Conflict management and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mentality
