The VP Account Executives is responsible for managing, monitoring, coaching, and training a team of SMB Account Executive Directors and SMB Account Executives. This position will make a direct impact on KnowBe4 strategic success by driving the revenue-generating activities and identifying opportunities to improve sales techniques that increase productivity. Responsibilities: - Monitor team and subordinate SMB employee statistics - Partner with the Director of Training to set up training for Account Executives who need coaching and implement strategy to improve their sales performance and efficiency. - Ensure SMB Directors are effectively assisting their subordinates in managing accurate pipelines and exceeding their sales goals - Assist with the recruitment of additional personnel - Conduct bi-monthly pipeline reviews with your Directors - Meet/exceed overall revenue objectives for the SMB Account Executive Area - Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management - Ensure accurate
