This role leverages specialized Employee Enablement programs to deliver targeted training as directed by organizational leadership. The Specialist conducts comprehensive analyses to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement in existing training processes and workflows and determines corresponding training needs. Furthermore, the Specialist designs and implements enablement programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and capabilities of revenue teams on a global scale.
