We are seeking a high-velocity, operationally minded Executive Assistant to support three (3) of our global Customer Success Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs). In our fast-paced SaaS environment, this position operates as a dynamic hybrid of executive execution, project coordination, and a junior chief-of-staff level of support. The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter who excels at keeping "all the balls in the air." You will act as a critical tracking mechanism and operational sounding board for leadership, ensuring seamless execution across the global Customer Success ecosystem. While mastery of baseline administrative tasks is essential, your real impact will come from your ability to drive follow-through, think creatively, and manage complex cross-functional deliverables.
