About the Role Klaviyo is looking for a Lead Principal of APAC Partner Enablement to lead the strategy and execution of partner enablement across the Asia-Pacific region, with an initial focus on Australia & New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and broader emerging markets in the region. This role is critical to scaling our APAC partner ecosystem and accelerating regional growth, with partners serving as the tip of the spear for selling, implementing, and driving adoption of Klaviyo's Autonomous CRM platform across a diverse set of markets, business models, and levels of digital maturity. You will own the APAC partner enablement strategy , evolving and scaling existing programs to drive deeper partner capability, stronger pipeline impact, and broader platform adoption across marketing, service, and analytics-underpinned by AI. A core part of this role is helping partners evolve their offerings and Klaviyo skills to align with the future of Klaviyo's Autonomous CRM, adapted for regional nuances (channels, languages, verticals, and go‑to‑market motions).
