About this role

Temporary Benefits Operations Analyst Queretaro Play a critical part in ensuring a high-quality employee experience by managing benefits-related escalations and service delivery within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Querétaro. As a Benefits Operations Analyst (temporal) you will oversee multiple audits, manage complex escalation cases, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive timely and accurate resolution. You will join a collaborative, locally based team that supports employees across the organization and works closely with benefits vendors and HR partners. This position offers meaningful exposure to benefits administration, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and quarterly administrative projects. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Escalation Management & Resolution - Manage and track ServiceNow escalation tickets, including retirement and benefits-related issues, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements. Audit Execution - Perform weekly audits across multiple areas to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Vendor Partnership - Partner closely with external benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and escalations efficiently. Case Handling & Support - Resolve employee inquiries through vendor service requests, ServiceNow or EPIC cases, and internal escalations. Project & Operational Support - Support quarterly administrative projects and ad-hoc initiatives as bus
