This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Atlanta, GA offices. What the day will look like Provide exemplary service to Aon clients by consulting on plan design and managing administration services. Managing annual plan enrollments, including email campaigns Providing accurate deliverables in a timely manner Communicating benefits to plan participants and providing participant-level services Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues Identify and implement ideas for improvement across the line of business and the department How this opportunity is different The Executive Benefits practice has been designing Executive Life Insurance, Deferred Compensation, and Supplemental Disability Benefit plans since 1973. We continue our long tradition of providing creative plan designs, cutting-edge products and funding vehicles, and comprehensive administrative support as we have for more than 40 years.
