Job Summary Provides analysis and completes projects related to the development, implementation, administration and communication of health and welfare benefits. Ensures that benefit programs support the organization's strategic objectives, comply with all legal requirements and are competitive and cost effective. Monitor service levels of third-party administrators and resolve issues between plan participants and program providers. Essential Functions Improve the delivery and administration of various benefit programs and focus on an exceptional employee experience. Evaluate and compare existing company benefits programs with those of other employers by analyzing competitor programs and through survey participation and benchmarking. Identify, analyze, and assist in implementing process improvements within benefit administration. Collect, review, and prepare information used for plan analysis, design and pricing. Research, analyze, and recommend resolution to internal and external issues through interpretation
