Role Overview We are looking for a commercially strong Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers across Greater China. This is a post sale role with responsibility for renewals, upsell, executive relationship management, and customer adoption. You will work with game publishers, digital platforms, and technology companies navigating complex privacy, safety, and age assurance requirements across multiple markets.
