Student Loan Consultant remote, united states Student Loan Consultant Juno/LeverEdge | Remote (Greater Pittsburgh Area preferred) Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 base + variable | OTE $100,000 About the Role Juno/LeverEdge is looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Student Loan Consultant to join our growing team. In this mid-level role, you'll work directly with borrowers to help them navigate one of the most complex financial decisions of their lives - managing and repaying their student debt. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through federal repayment options, refinancing opportunities, and everything in between. What You'll Do - Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to review and evaluate their federal and private student loan repayment options - Clearly explain federal repayment programs including income-driven repayment (IDR) plans and loan forgiveness opportunities - Guide borrowers through pulling refinance offers via the Juno platform - Send timely follow-up communications after each meeting and support clients through the full application process - Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all client interactions - Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings as needed based on each borrower's situation and timeline What You Bring - Solid understanding of the student loan industry, including federal loan programs and repayment options - Familiarity with lending, banking, and refinancing - particularly in the student loan and personal lending space - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain language - Experience in a client-facing financial services or sales role preferred - Self-motivated with strong organizational habits and
