Key Responsibilities - Support HR operations for a workforce of 2000 workers across multiple client sites. - Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and compliance for management review. - Collaborate with Payroll, Recruitment, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management. - Manage parental leave processes, including maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave, ensuring timely communication and accurate form processing - Conduct risk assessments where appropriate, including for expectant mothers and employees returning
