As a People Operations Administrator , you'll be part of the go-to team for all things people-related, handling queries from Global team members and managers. You'll execute processes - from onboarding to offboarding - to deliver a smooth experience, contribute to impactful projects that elevate the employee journey and streamline workflows. Working closely with all teams within People & Culture, you'll ensure exceptional, timely service to our Global team members. Key Responsibilities End-to-End People Processes: Deliver employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through to exit, ensuring a smooth, timely, consistent experience for employees and managers. Ensure excellent employee experience, continuous improvement across workflows, and promote self-service tools for managers and team members. Inquiries & Support: Main point of contact for cases across a wide range of employee inquiries covering payroll, benefits, policies, time off, processes etc, while ensuring timely and effective resolution or escalation as needed. Data Management & Reporting: Keep and manage people data sensitively, always ensuring confidentiality. Support on reporting requirements as needed. Compliance and Policy Support Follow process and policy to ensure people operations are aligned with company policies, support reviews or updates, and compliance projects as needed.
