About the Team: The FP&A team is a dynamic group dedicated to helping the business scale during rapid expansion. We serve as a critical partner to the organization, providing the financial modeling and in-depth analysis necessary to support sound business judgment and strategic decisions. About the Role: Reporting to the VP of Finance, this highly visible individual contributor role focuses on financial modeling and forecasting. You will analyze financial and operational results, monitor performance, and own key components of the planning and forecasting processes while identifying ways to help the finance team scale. You Will: Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial data, including monthly trends and drivers, with minimal templates and guidance provided. Assist with the commission process: onboard new hires, process terminations, QA Spiff calculations, distribute statements, track approvals, prepare payroll accruals, and submit data for payroll. Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting package for senior management and the Board of Directors. Perform variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actuals to ensure continued refinement of financial processes. Partner with functional area leaders on hiring and expense planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analytics
