Sr. Financial Analyst Denver, CO (Greenwood Village) Job Description We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will serve as a primary finance partner to assigned operational teams, supporting the development of the annual budget and ongoing tracking to plan. You will provide timely, accurate financial insights that help business leaders drive results. The ideal candidate is skilled in financial modeling, accrual accounting, and brings strong interpersonal skills, sound business judgment, and a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for delivering clear and concise financial analyses, monitoring operational and financial performance, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-range planning for assigned business units. Perform accurate monthly and quarterly variance and trend analyses; present findings to operational leaders. Support and troubleshoot financial system applications; manage scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requests. Partner effectively with cross-functional teams using strong communication and customer-service skills. Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed. Build, enhance, and maintain detailed financial models in Excel. Develop and manage key financial, operational, and performance metrics. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and recommend actions to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve efficiencies. Support financial system configuration, documentation, testing, implementation, and evolving system requirements for strategic initiatives QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 3+ years of progressive accounting/ finance experience Knowledge of GAAP Comfortable working with
