Senior Systems Engineer Infosys Brasil está em busca de profissionais com o perfil de Engenheiro (a) de IA Generativa (Python & LLMs) - Exclusiva para Pessoas com Deficiência (PcD) para juntar-se ao nosso time. Qualificações requeridas: - Formação superior completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas. - Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento em Python, aplicada a soluções de dados ou inteligência artificial. - Vivência prática com IA Generativa, especialmente no uso de Large Language Models (LLMs). - Conhecimento em arquiteturas de RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) e uso de embeddings. - Experiência com integração de APIs de LLMs e ferramentas de IA. - Conhecimento em bancos de dados vetoriais e estratégias de recuperação de informação. - Capacidade de atuar em ambientes colaborativos e multidisciplinares. - Inglês em nível avançado para leitura, escrita e comunicação técnica. Diferenciais (conhecimentos desejáveis): - Experiência com RAG Agêntico e sistemas baseados em múltiplos agentes. - Conhecimento em frameworks como LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack ou similares. - Vivência com MLOps, versionamento, testes e monitoramento de soluções de IA. - Experiência com fine‑tuning e avaliação de modelos de linguagem. - Conhecimento em arquiteturas em nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP). - Participação em projetos de inovação, pesquisa aplicada ou open source.
