The Role - Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. - Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards. - Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations. - Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks. - Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success. - Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
