iCZ- Senior Manager Finance Detailed Job Description : - Minimum 12 years professional sales work experience within IT Services in Singapore - Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services. Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services. - Hungry, motivated and self-driven - Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets - Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level - Experience of working with System Integrators like Accenture, Cognizant, Cap Gemini and similar companies in banking and financial services sector - Should have existing C level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts - Hunting experience - Ability to open new strategic accounts - Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Business degree or equivalent.
