These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business. We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets. Job Description: This role is based in our K11 Atelier office. Key Responsibilities: Develop corporate strategies based on the strategic objectives set by the Board of Directors or the Group; propose business plans, operational policies, and business models; organize implementation upon approval by the Group or the Board of Directors. Lead the establishment of the company's core teams and standardize internal management. Formulate plans for the setup of internal management structures and basic management systems. Approve specific company regulations, reward and punishment policies, salary and bonus distribution plans, and economic responsibility alignment measures, and organize their implementation. Review and authorize documents issued in the name of the company. Convene and preside over general manager office meetings, inspect, supervise, and coordinate the work progress of various departments; preside over administrative meetings, special meetings, etc., to summarize work and review reports.
