We're seeking a confident, driven and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our progressive and growing HR team. As a successful Business Partner you will partner with both employees and people leaders to drive high performance, employee engagement and talent development. Our Business Partners are tasked with ensuring that we consistently deliver an exceptional working environment and employee experience. You will support across your allocated business area partnering closely with your key stakeholders across all aspects of HR. You will work with the business to add value and achieve business goals. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around providing expert advice, coaching, and training to managers on HR matters. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of projects that align with the overall business strategy.
