About this role

Cybersecurity ICAM Lead 2 Locations We are seeking an experienced Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) lead to provide end to end architecture leadership and delivery oversight across enterprise identity, access management, and credential platforms. This role is accountable for technical direction, solution integrity, and successful delivery outcomes across multiple programs, teams and capabilities. This individual will provide security and compliance expertise across strategy, governance, architecture, and delivery activities. The role is intended for someone who can work with leadership, program teams, architects, and operational stakeholders to identify security risks early, support sound decisions, and strengthen compliance posture across enterprise initiatives. Job Location Hybrid, with periodic onsite support as needed in Baltimore, Maryland What You'll Be Doing • Drive program-level planning, integration, dependency management, risk/issue management, and governance rhythms to ensure predictable delivery. • Provide strategic planning advice to identify and support new initiatives; prepare analytical papers and briefing materials; serve as liaison across stakeholders. • Enable authorization controls so only authorized individuals/systems access appropriate resources, improving compliance posture. • Deliver enterprise-class capabilities for managing digital identities, credentials, and access across systems and applications. • Provide insights and analytics that improve decision-making for identity and security needs. • Deliver a user-friendly identity experience that empowers users to connect with confidence across the ecosystem. • Use Digital Identity guidance (identity proofing, authentication, federation) from NIST SP 800-63 as an implementation reference point for program requirements and acceptance criteria where applicable. • Coordinate delivery of enterprise identity services (e.g., identity lifecycle, authentication,
