Talent Acquisition Specialist Manchester, NH Job Overview As an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is crucial in supporting high-volume manufacturing operations across multiple locations within Hubbell Electrical Solutions. This role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring hourly talent for Littleton, Londonderry, and Lincoln, with flexibility to office out of: Lincoln, NH Littleton, NH Londonderry, NH Manchester, NH This position requires regular, scheduled travel between sites and close partnership with local HR leadership. The role reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is matrixed to local HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with site-specific workforce needs. A Day In The Life Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire high-volume hourly talent across multiple manufacturing sites. Travel between Littleton, Londonderry, and Lincoln on a regular schedule to support on-site recruiting needs, hiring events, and stakeholder engagement. Partner closely with local HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand site-specific staffing needs, workforce plans, and operational priorities. Serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for assigned sites while maintaining strong alignment with centralized Talent Acquisition strategy.
