What you will work on - Contract Operations & Execution: Support the full lifecycle of contracts - from preparation to execution. Work closely with legal leads (including Grosu) to finalize agreements, organize signatures, and ensure all documents are properly completed. Proactively follow up with internal teams and external parties to get contracts signed on time. - Legal Documentation (KZ Focus): Review, prepare, and manage contracts under Kazakhstani law. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper filing of all legal documents. - Legal Operations Support: Maintain and organize contract databases and documentation. Track contract statuses, deadlines, and key obligations. Ensure everything is properly archived and easy to retrieve.
