We are seeking experienced and dedicated Sr. Manager Legal who is Setting and maintaining the legal framework within VISHAY (with respect to contracts, processes, etc..) and ensuring that all business decisions on all management levels are legally safe. coordinates the effectiveness and alignment of processes described, and/or ensures effective utilization and optimization of related systems and tools. What you will be doing: Defining, implementing and/or maintaining legal policies and guidelines for VISHAY organization or assigned entities. Setting and maintaining the standard for business contracts, NDA, framework agreements, delivery and development agreements, from legal perspective. Providing legal advice to board executives and/or management on matters with significant legal risk (e.g. M&A transactions, cooperation contracts, and others).
