Director, FP&A Atlanta, GA, United States Job Description The Director, FP&A - The position is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and governance of financial planning and performance management processes. This position partners cross ‑ functionally with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial inputs, consistent reporting, and alignment with business objectives. The role is responsible for analyzing financial performance against plan and providing insights that support business decision ‑ making. It also contributes to the ongoing improvement of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes and tools. This position plays a key role in preparing financial analysis and materials for leadership reviews, operating discussions, and strategic initiatives. What You'll Do: Drive the process, preparation, and reporting of the annual budget, understanding key drivers and variances while driving the organization toward corporate goals and initiatives. Develop and produce high quality analytics and presentation materials for Senior Leadership meetings Own end-to-end financial results or processes of a specific function or BU and drive outcomes partnering with operational/commercial teams Develop a deep understanding of drivers of the financial outcomes, bringing insights and opportunities to improve processes and financial outcomes. Leverage financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improved performance within all aspects of global operations and corporate functions Manage the monthly and quarterly global financial forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes including variance analysis and KPI tracking Continuously assess and improve FP&A processes, implementing best practices in financial analysis and reporting Provide leadership and analytical support on various special projects to enhance
