Job Summary The Legal Operations Lead will have responsibility in the following primary areas: (i) legal technology and systems, (ii) process improvement, (iii) knowledge and matter management systems, (iv) vendor and financial management, and (v) metrics and reporting for the Legal Department. The individual in this role must have excellent time management, project management, and communication skills to ensure the individual is able to effectively manage competing priorities and can drive complex projects involving stakeholders from all levels to completion.
