About the role As a Demand Generation Manager at Happl, you'll take the lead on how we generate and scale demand. This isn't just about running ads. You'll help build a performance engine that brings the right companies to Happl and turns interest into a qualified pipeline. From testing new channels to refining conversion journeys, you'll focus on what drives real commercial impact. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align campaigns with our wider strategy, using data to guide decisions and continuously improve results. You'll help shape how we grow, and make sure our marketing spend works hard for the business. What you'll be doing - Owning Happl's paid acquisition strategy end-to-end, managing and scaling channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms to drive qualified pipeline - Managing day-to-day budget allocation across channels, dynamically shifting spend to hit MQL, SQL, and revenue targets - Continuously optimising campaigns, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve
