The Customer Solutions & Implementation team is responsible for delivering scalable, enterprise-grade implementations that enable customers to maximize the value of H1's data and SaaS platform offerings. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer teams, this group leads complex technical deployments, enterprise integrations, and solution delivery for some of the world's largest healthcare and life sciences organizations. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1 As a Senior Technical Implementation Manager, you will lead enterprise software implementations and technical solution delivery for healthcare and life sciences customers. You will operate at the intersection of client strategy, technical implementation, enterprise data delivery, and Salesforce platform configuration. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, client-facing communication skills, and cross-functional leadership. You will serve as a trusted technical partner to customers while coordinating closely with internal Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term client success.
