THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Sales Programs Manager to join the Global Sales Programs team in São Paulo - Brazil! This role is a tactical and operational powerhouse, reporting directly to the Sales Programs Director. Your mission is to take defined priorities and turn them into reality, managing the complex moving parts of our sales programs to drive scalable and efficient results. Your focus is on project-based enablement: you will collaborate with Product Development, Product Marketing, Value Management, and other cross-functional areas to ensure that new offerings and improved sales workflows reaches the sales force (BDRs, SDRs, AEs, and CS) with absolute mastery and precision.
