What You Will Do Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement to support development programs and ensure producible, high-quality designs Contribute to design quality assurance activities including design validation, verification, risk management, and flight test support Partner with Design Engineering to resolve quality issues and support transition from development to production Support design and process capability analysis and validate requirements incorporation Assist in supplier selection activities and ensure quality standards are met Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to develop and validate manufacturing processes Apply risk management tools such as FMEA and support APQP activities including control plans Analyze technical data, drawings, and 3D models to identify risks and ensure compliance with standards Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners as needed What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivale
