Recruiting Operations Coordinator Emeryville Corp Hybrid The Recruiting Coordinator is a key partner to the AOT Recruiting team, focused on recruiting operations, reporting, and candidate logistics. This role is highly administrative but requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex workflows across a large national recruiting team. You will support pipeline health, reporting accuracy, assessment processing, and scheduling execution while helping ensure candidates experience a professional, organized, and timely recruiting journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, managing data, and keeping multiple moving parts aligned behind the scenes. This role reports to the Manager - AOT Recruiting Operations.
