Strategic Partner Development Principal Lead, Search Mountain View, CA, USA; +3 more As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership and serve as a mentor to managers and associates. You are comfortable escalating and presenting business development strategies and key issues to senior management. You'll work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business. The Travel and Local Search team transforms how users explore the world and inspires action by connecting people with life-enhancing experiences. We drive growth by building delightful experiences that guide users from initial inspiration to decisive action. We collaborate across Search, deepen engagement in existing verticals, and create innovative cross-vertical experiences. As Strategic Partner Development Principal Lead, you are responsible for developing and managing partnerships with content partners to help the Google Search and Gemini team achieve its goal of powering inspirational experiences across Google. You will manage existing partnerships, drive new opportunities, negotiate agreements, resolve business issues, and set up business processes, as needed.
