About this role

Senior Product Manager - Sales and Partnerships Growth Platforms United States Partner channels are a multi-billion-dollar revenue engine for Hertz, spanning travel marketplaces, airlines and hotels, credit card and loyalty partners, corporate distributors, and emerging mobility ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships, and Product to create differentiated partner experiences that make Hertz the preferred choice for partners and customers. In this role you will own the strategy and execution for partner-channel growth: uncovering high-impact opportunities, building business cases, and working cross-functionally to launch improved partner experiences (co-branded booking flows, integrations, loyalty benefits, and operational readiness). You will be accountable for revenue growth, conversion, and partner satisfaction while ensuring changes scale across markets. What You'll Do: Define the partner growth strategy and roadmap, prioritizing opportunities across top distribution partners to drive incremental revenue and share. Develop and lead partnership expansion initiatives: identify opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and drive internal approvals across finance, legal, and risk. Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver differentiated partner experiences (APIs and integrations, deep links and embedded booking, loyalty earn and burn, tailored offers) that improve the end-to-end customer journey. Stand up measurement and reporting (partner funnel metrics, attribution, ROI, and experimentation) and continuously optimize performance. Drive cross-functional launch excellence including go-to-market planning, partner enablement, operational readiness, and ongoing partner governance. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, partner growth, or a related commercial role.
