As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. The Applied AI Technical Program Management (TPgM) Agent Assist team is a high-execution group requiring deep AI expertise, product domain knowledge, and a genuine passion for delivering impact at an accelerated pace. Our TPgMs are responsible for the end-to-end delivery and management of agent-based solutions for Google's Enterprise customers. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to navigate a complex landscape of technologies, processes, and deadlines. Owning large-scale programs with broad scope, you will balance big-picture strategic thinking with the ability to dive deep into technical details alongside engineering.
