Head of Logistics - Southeast Asia, Korea and Oceania (ASEANZ) 2 Locations As Head of Logistics, ASEANZ, you will lead and shape the end-to-end logistics strategy across Southeast Asia, Korea, and Oceania in close partnership with the Supply Chain Director. You will drive operational excellence across transportation, warehousing, and import/export by embedding Lean and zero-loss principles, while establishing clear success pillars for the region. Working closely with cross-functional leadership teams, you will ensure efficient, scalable, and resilient operations throughout the product lifecycle, elevating service performance and delivering a superior customer experience. This role also champions continuous improvement through the effective use of data, digital capabilities, and process optimization to maximize service delivery and overall business impact. What You'll Do You will develop and drive end-to-end logistics strategies across warehousing, transportation, and import/export to support business growth. You will continuously optimize logistics operations using data analytics, industry best practices, and network improvements. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient logistics operations. You will drive operational excellence through Lean, continuous improvement, and sustainability initiatives. You will deliver cost efficiencies while maintaining high service levels, leveraging data, KPIs, and performance insights. You will manage logistics budgets, carrier negotiations, export processes, and operational risks. You will enhance digital and system capabilities to modernize logistics operations. You will develop and execute 3PL strategies, including sourcing, contract management, and performance optimization.
