About this role

Customer Service Engineer, Hyderabad IN Hyderabad As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be leading Customer Service operations in your work area for Consumer and Farm customers, you will be handling Customer complaints from OE and Replacement customers. You will be maintaining relationship with stakeholders. You'll also be training the channel on process and tyre technology and will be supporting OE and dealer on sales and service activities Key Responsibility Areas You will coordinate with customers for warranty handling within the defined turnaround and response times. You will apply strong technical knowledge of tire functioning, manufacturing processes, and field conditions while handling cases. You will coordinate closely with the Business and Service teams to build effective synergy. You will report daily warranty handling status and MIS updates to the Regional Manager. You will coordinate with the Field Engineering team for mileage surveys, new condition developments, and other warranty-related activities. You will conduct root cause analysis for development and field concerns and drive resolution. You will stay updated on the latest competitive policies, products, and technology developments for benchmarking purposes. You will conduct fleet tests and follow up with customers for new development projects. You will develop strong business relationships with the Replacement channel and OEM workshops by delivering excellent and timely customer service support. You will conduct mileage surveys, campaign support activities, tire safety and maintenance awareness programs, and customer connect initiatives.
