Why This Role Matters The Senior Analyst Travel & Expense role focuses on driving optimization and compliance across travel and expense processes, going beyond traditional auditing to improve efficiency, cost control, and data accuracy. It combines advanced analytics, system expertise (SAP Concur), and process improvement initiatives to support better decision-making and user experience. The position also involves cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and mentoring, contributing to both operational excellence and team development. What You'll Do Strategic Optimization: Drive improvements in data accuracy, cost control, and policy compliance beyond standard auditing. Oversee travel and expense audits, ensure practical policy application, and partner with Internal Audit to address issues and strengthen compliance. Process Improvement: Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation to improve efficiency. Support updates to procedures, documentation, and training materials, and partner on projects and cross-functional initiatives related to travel, expense, and corporate card programs. Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Analyze complex travel and expense data to generate insights, identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
