Why This Role Matters This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial closing, strong cost control, and reliable reporting for plant operations. It supports business decision-making through detailed analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. What You'll Do Perform accurate month-end closing activities while understanding key business drivers to support reliable financial reporting. Summarize and communicate financial and operating results against objectives. Provide qualitative analysis including variance analysis to production teams and plant leadership. Support in preparation of realistic and challenging financial objectives, budgets, and strategic plans for the plant with a high level of financial forecast accuracy. Ensure compliance with financial processes as well as adherence to established corporate policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements. Support Loss analysis, FI pillar and plant optimization analytics. Participate in special projects, working capital saving initiatives, involved in CPEM calculations, support actively the cost center planning process. Coordinate year-end stock
