Regional Industrial Engineer Lead 6 Locations The Regional Industrial Engineer Manager leads the deployment of standardized Industrial Engineering and Lean methodologies across Asia-Pacific Tire Manufacturing to strengthen factory competitiveness. It supports 3 countries: Thailand, Indonesia and India and is expected to partner closely with plant and regional leadership to define and execute labor utilization strategies that optimize productivity, output, and cost performance. The position is accountable for plant efficiency results, drives cost-related performance indicators, supports AOP objectives, and develops strong linkages between business and manufacturing. Additionally, it leads growth and capability studies, delivers project scope and financial estimates for gate reviews, educates leadership in Industrial Engineering practices, and ensures best practices are shared and replicated across plants. What You'll Do You will coordinate with plant teams to implement competitive output standards, drive required changes, and hold teams accountable for results. You will lead and support plants in conducting Industrial Engineering studies to determine the most efficient sequences of operations and workflows, maximizing utilization of production facilities and personnel while ensuring workplace safety. You will analyze current manufacturing footprint utilization to identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce Total Delivered Cost (TDC) through the implementation of output standards. You will develop, implement, and sustain action plans that drive measurable improvements in plant performance. You will support, sustain, and continuously improve manufacturing methods by benchmarking performance and sharing best practices across plants.
