About this role

Industrial Engineer Manila, PH The Industrial Engineering team provides value add by: Defining, implementing and/or maintaining general Industrial Engineering policies, methods, and standards, as well as principle process blueprints for supply chain operations. Developing, aligning and ensuring implementation of budgets, assigning and monitoring projects and allocate resources. Ensuring or collaborating in the design cost-effective manufacturing layouts and building ergonomics. Investigating best practices and trends in manufacturing methods, technology developments, and equipment. Ensuring efficient operations across all stages of the supply chain, identifying deficiencies and proposing remedial measures or projects i.e. efficiency or cost reduction programs. Developing and maintaining operations information, planning, and control systems. A job at this level: Executes non-routine and case-specific technical analytics to support creation of function specific concepts. Supports Engineers in design, realization and implementation of assigned processes or technical infrastructure. Executes documentation and planning of training, for affected parts of the organization. Provides local support on dedicated subject matter or processes (e. g. , as 'Key User'). May provide sophisticated assembly and installation of assigned modules / parts of technical infrastructure (e. g. , in IT or facilities). May perform the set-up, structured programming and testing, and document results accordingly.
