Why This Role Matters As a Quality NPI Engineer, you will support manufacturing processes and product quality by applying Goodyear standards and tools to solve problems and drive continuous improvement. Your work ensures high-quality products, optimizes production processes, and enhances customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Apply quality engineering tools to improve process and product performance Support implementation of new products, processes, and technologies while ensuring compliance with specifications Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to plant optimization projects Track and report process performance indicators, identifying opportunities for corrective action Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement innovative solutions Develop and maintain product and process technical documentation to meet internal and external requirements Audit compliance and support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation What We're Looking For Basic Qualifications VI/VII degree in Technical, Chemical, or Engineering discipline Advanced English language skills Prior exposure to manufacturing quality systems and product compliance standards Knowledge of root-cause analysis methods in industrial or automotive production environments Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred
