Why This Role Matters As a CEE Communication Manager you will develop and roll out the CEE (Central Eastern Europe) internal communications plan aligned with EMEA strategy and local business priorities. You'll plan and execute an integrated corporate communications program to strengthen company reputation and positioning in Central Eastern Europe. What You'll Do Internal Communications - Ensure associates receive relevant information about company goals, performance and transformation initiatives to inform and energize engagement. - Provide communications counsel and act as trusted advisor to PBU and functional leaders in CEE on internal communication needs, processes, and local communications programs, ensuring alignment and consistency. - Continuously improve internal communication channels and measure effectiveness of local programs. Corporate Communications & Crisis Management (including Manufacturing Footprint) - Serve as local company spokesperson. Respond timely to all media requests. Proactively look for media opportunities. - Engage in key partnerships with other external stakeholders to leverage our priorities. - Protect the company's reputation in CEE through effective crisis management, preparing and executing local crisis communications plans in alignment with the EMEA framework and leading communications
