About this role
Continuous Improvement Analyst CR GBS Heredia Office Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for designing and delivering automated process solutions that improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the business. This role identifies and evaluates automation opportunities, partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, and acts as a key liaison between business teams and RPA developers throughout the solution lifecycle. The analyst also configures and documents workflows, supports testing and implementation, and ensures solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs. Additionally, the position supports change management and ongoing process optimization efforts to maintain high-quality, efficient operations. Acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet both functional needs and technical requirements. Enhances process quality, consistency, and compliance through structured documentation, testing, and adherence to control standards. Enables scalable continuous improvement by embedding automation, change management, and optimization practices into day-to-day operations. What You Will Do Analyze and prioritize automation opportunities across business processes to improve efficiency and performance. Responsible for finding answers to business questions utilizing our database & customer information through analysis, modeling & statistics. Develop and configure scalable, well-structured workflows aligned with business requirements. The Data Analyst gathers, reviews, analyzes, and evaluates data, business processes and operational objectives, to define solutions that support business strategies as well as make recommendations for improvement.
