Why This Role Matters The FP&A Process Excellence Specialist supports the execution of process improvement initiatives and the implementation of automation and reporting solutions. The role provides analytical support, documents process changes, and contributes to testing, deployment, and adoption of new tools and processes across FP&A. It offers a development path toward senior expertise in process optimization and digital transformation. What You'll Do Map and document existing FP&A processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities in collaboration with senior analysts. Support the design of new workflows and governance structures, ensuring clarity in responsibilities and data ownership. Assist in the rollout of automation, digital, and reporting solutions by coordinating testing, training, and feedback collection. Ensure smooth transition from current to future-state processes, track progress and resolving issues in collaboration with system experts. Collect, validate, and analyze data to support process improvements and decision-making. Work closely with members of the Process Excellence team, FP&A, and IT stakeholders.
