Why This Role Matters The Specialist Finance Europe South will provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to support business decisions and performance management. This role acts as a key link between country/cluster teams and the Shared Services Center, ensuring compliance with standards while driving process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. The position also involves monitoring financial indicators, preparing scenario-based forecasts, and allocating resources effectively to maintain service levels across multiple countries. . What You'll Do Perform financial analyses and prepare periodic reports to support business decisions; monitor and evaluate selected financial indicators for performance management (actual vs. budget, prior year, forecast) at segment and company level, providing recommendations to improve results and processes. Support the relationship between country/cluster teams and the Shared Services Center interface to provide routine and ad-hoc financial support. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and oversee the preparation and submission of financial forecasts based on agreed standards.
