Your Role: Data & Operations Executive Join Local Sales as a Data & Operations Executive and be at the centre of sales operations, customer experience and problem-solving across the business. You'll help keep inbound opportunities moving, support the drive to improve the quality of our customer and revenue data, and play an important role in ensuring campaigns and communications run smoothly. This is a varied role with real impact. From triaging inbound enquiries and maintaining Salesforce data quality, to supporting key campaign touchpoints and internal communications, you'll work across multiple teams to help deliver a great experience for our partners and support the Partner pillar of our 4Ps strategy. If you're highly organised, detail-focused and enjoy working across different teams to make things happen, this could be the perfect next step. Key Responsibilities I nbound Lead Management (40%) : Manage and assign inbound enquiries from multiple channels including web, phone, inbox and online chat within agreed timescales.
