The Role We are seeking a high-leverage Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our executive leadership team and senior executive assistant. You will be the air traffic controller for our senior leadership, ensuring their time is spent on highest-value activities while proactively removing bottlenecks across the organization. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. What You'll Do - Strategic Sync & Execution: Attend high-profile leadership meetings; capture key decisions, synthesize action items, and drive follow-up to ensure nothing stalls. - Calendar Optimization: Manage complex, high-velocity calendars for the executive team. - Strategic Coordination: Partner with senior leadership to assist in tracking performance metrics, preparing for business reviews and executive meetings, and streamlining communication across the organization. - Material Development: Design and polish high-stakes presentations and briefing materials for Board meetings, investor relations, and strategic partnerships. - Project Management: Lead special projects
